Golding goes virtual in times of COVID-19

Virtual Golding Investor Day

On June 18th 2020, Golding Capital Partners invited investors to the first "Virtual Golding Investor Day", after the traditional investor meeting could not take place in Munich as planned in times of COVID-19. During a full-day online-seminar event, the participants were offered a comprehensive program by the Golding management and the investment experts.

Although everything is different these days, there are values and principles that remain unchanged. For example, for 20 years Golding Capital Partners has attached great importance to direct exchange with its investors and partners in order to be at their side with competent advice and reliable support and to provide them with solid investment solutions. Especially at the present time, dialogue is more important than ever, which is why in many respects it means: rethinking and acting.

This was also the motto after the annual "Golding Investor Days" had to be cancelled due to the Corona pandemic. In June, Golding Capital Partners invited investors to a "Virtual Investor Day": a full-day online seminar event at which Golding management provided investors with comprehensive information on the status quo of the Golding investment programs as well as an assessment of their further development. In addition, the investment experts outlined an outlook on the future of alternative investments.

Hubertus Theile-Ochel, Managing Partner, was very satisfied with the premiere of the "Virtual Investor Days": "Certainly, virtual events such as our "Virtual Investor Day" can by no means completely replace face-to-face meetings, but they certainly turn out to be an acceptable alternative with some advantages in the current environment. Nevertheless, we are very much looking forward to 2021, when we will hopefully be able to hold our investor meeting again as a face-to-face event".

"As in previous years, we would have liked to welcome our investors personally this year as well. However, we hope that our virtual investor day was a good alternative and that we were able to give our investors not only a comprehensive overview of the investments but also an insight into our new office," said Jeremy Golding, Managing Partner, who opened the online seminar in the morning with a personal address and a virtual tour of the new office in the east of Munich.
