The investment team at Golding Capital Partners is divided according to investment segments. There are specialised teams for each of our asset classes: private equity, private credit, infrastructure, secondaries and impact investing. They are led by a member of the management team, who is supported by at least one investment manager. In addition, all the specialist teams have several associates to assist them.
Direct investment experience is an absolute prerequisite for senior managers in the investment team at Golding Capital Partners. This experience gives us a deeper understanding of the fund by enabling us to reach a better assessment of past investments at transaction level.
